Okay, putting aside all the unlucky parts...
I GOT MY FIRST JOBBB!!!!!!!
Since this is my space here on the blog, I’m making an official announcement. Though, to be honest, I’m too scared to add it to my LinkedIn profile—it’s a whole different story.
So, as I was desperate to land a job by the end of my course... I did get one, but it didn’t turn out the way I imagined.
Here’s the thing... (let me tell you the whole story). The company had "health tech" in its title and offered me a decent package for a fresher. I just read the first 2-3 reviews about the company and joined. But it turns out the company is literally a scam... from the actual work to the management, everything is below average. Maybe I can’t outright call them frauds, but they’re definitely on the edge.
Now, they’re showing me a one-lakh variation in my pay after I signed the bond and submitted my original certificate. I mean, I could cry about that again, but let’s not. The point is, they’re showing me a one-lakh difference in my package, using the excuse of variable pay and random deductions.
The job has nothing to do with my core field, despite the “health tech” in the company name. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse... they told me it’s a target-based job, and they’ll deduct more salary if I don’t hit targets. Yeah, that’s the end.
But, on a positive note... I got my first revenue today as a trainee. I guess I’m good wherever I go and whatever I do (okay, maybe a bit of an exaggeration). yeah, that's the end of the story about my job.
